Terms of service

These general terms and conditions are applicable to any offer or quotation from IP Domains relating to of services and form an integral part of any agreement between IP Domains and the Customer. Terms of service set by the Customer that deviate from, or do not appear in or not included in these general terms of service are only binding for IP Domains if and insofar as they have been expressly accepted by IP Domains in writing.

Article 1. Agreement
2.1 The Client can request the Services by e-mail. Invoices will be send via the invoicing software of IP Domains containing the confirmation and acceptance of the request.
2.2 The Terms of service shall apply to the Agreement at all times.
2.3 If the Customer is a consumer, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the moment the Agreement is entered into to repay the Customer. If the Customer is an individual consumer (non-business), the Customer has a period of fourteen days from the date on which the order was placed to dissolve the Agreement. If the Customer is a consumer, the Customer has fourteen days from the date on which the order was placed to dissolve the Agreement in writing, free of charge. Domain names are excluded from this because they are based on the specifications of the Customer (custom work) or are of a personal nature. A domain name registration at IP Domains is non-refundable.

Article 2. Execution of the Agreement
2.1 After the agreement has been concluded, IP Domains shall fulfil it to the best of its ability.
2.2 If the Customer has opted for automatic renewal and has fulfilled the payment obligation, the Service will be automatically renewed at the end of the agreed automatically renewed for the same Subscription term.

Article 3. Procedure after termination
3.1 After termination of the Agreement, whether by notice or by way of rescission, IP Domains is entitled to immediately delete or make inaccessible all stored data and to store all data in its database.
